A World Full of Nature Stories - 50 Folk Tales and Legends is a beautifully illustrated book filled with wonderful stories! This book is split into sections where stories are grouped based on their content e.g. Sun, Moon and Stars, Lake, River and Ocean, Desert, Mountain and Stone.

Each story within the sections is titled and begins by stating which continent and country the story comes from. This is a great way to spark conversation with children about the different continents and the countries that make them up. There are stories included from a huge range of countries. Each story includes beautiful illustrations which help to bring them to life and shows the cultures that they come from. Although each page contains quite a lot of text, they are broken up with colourful pictures.

Older children will enjoy reading the stories to each other or themselves, however, younger children will also definitely enjoy listening to the stories and having them read to them. As the book includes folk tales and legends, the stories are wonderfully imaginative which will help children to explore their ideas about creative writing. A brilliant book which children of all ages will enjoy and including lots of lovely discussion points!
