WBD share a story

World Book Day has launched a nationwide campaign, Share a Million Stories, to help change children's lives by making story-sharing a habit of a lifetime. Schools and families can register for the chance to win some fabulous book prizes.

The campaign will help to mark this year's World Book Day on Thursday 5th March.

A number of resources are available for story-sharing ideas and inspiration, including posters and certificates to download and author and illustrator videos to watch.

Sharing a story is being read to or reading with an adult, sibling, friend or pet! - for at least 10 minutes at any time throughout the day.

Schools and homes can register can pledge to support the World Book Day campaign and help to 'Share a Million Stories'.

Those that sign up, via the link below, will also be registered for the chance to win incredible book prizes every week from 27 February - 29 March 2020, when the challenge will end. The prizes include one thousand pounds worth of books for schools and nurseries.
