We have five copies to give away!

In the new story, One Springy Day, Percy the Park Keeper and his animal friends are playing hide-and-seek in the park. The fox has found a great hiding place in Percy’s workshop but when he falls into a pot of Very Strong Glue, he soon finds himself springing into an embarrassingly sticky situation! Is there anything his friends can do to help? Look out for a surprise fold-out scene!

The hugely popular Percy The Park Keeper series has encouraged generations of children, especially in schools, to take an interest in, and care for, the natural world around them. A message as relevant today as it was when Nick Butterworth’s first book starring Percy – One Snowy Night—hit bookshelves thirty years ago. Over 9 million copies in the series have now been sold.

I absolutely adore the ‘Percy the Park Keeper’ books. My daughters request them so frequently I know “One Snowy Night” by heart. I was thrilled to hear there’s anew addition to the collection and certainly can’t wait to read it to my daughters. I’m sure this will be another book with the pages well turned. The girls and I love the animations, which suit the text perfectly.
I can’t wait to begin reading these again to our third child, I’ve not tired of reading them as an adult.

A brand new Percy story from Nick Butterworth!! The originals were beloved by our son & I know his son would love this new story too.

Im loved reading this book to my children 15 years ago. It was a great way to introduce them to the nature in our countryside, it made them think what happens in winter and the artwork made everything feel so realistic.
i work in a library and cannot wait until the winter months to read the story to class visits. I have read many of the other books by Nick Butterworth and cannot wait until the library receives this new title.o i can read to a class.
Any book which features on wildlife is definitely a winner and if it helps children enthuse about nature so much the better
